Return Policy
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns for store credit only will be accepted within 7 days of receipt, however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any swimwear or sale items. No exceptions.
The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags attached.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments include any indication of bodily fluid marks, deodorant and/or makeup stains. It is at Mira Lani Hawaii’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Mira Lani Hawaii cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.
We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at aloha@miralanihawaii.com
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
Please note that all returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, which is the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please include original packing slip, item returning and reason for return in package. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of receiving your return to be processed and your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and your store credit has been issued.
